distretto rappresenta, infatti, l&#8217;articolazione organizzativo-funzionale territoriale dell&#8217;Azienda Sanitaria Locale in cui si realizza la garanzia dell&#8217;erogazione dei LEA distrettuali attraverso l&#8217;integrazione complessa delle attivit\u00e0 sociali e sanitarie, il coordinamento delle attivit\u00e0 dei dipartimenti territoriali e il raccordo con le attivit\u00e0 dei dipartimenti ospedalieri.<\/p><p>\u00c8 il luogo privilegiato di gestione e di coordinamento funzionale e organizzativo della rete dei servizi socio- sanitari e sanitari territoriali e centro di riferimento per l&#8217;accesso a tutti i servizi dell&#8217;Azienda Sanitaria Locale; esercita la funzione di tutela, gestione e coordinamento (funzionale e organizzativo) della rete dei servizi sociosanitari dei propri assistiti, che si esprime attraverso il ruolo di garante dell&#8217;accesso ottimale alle prestazioni, dell&#8217;appropriatezza delle risposte ai bisogni espressi dai
