APPUNTAMENTO PER IL 7 E 8 AGOSTO, ACCESSO LIBERO SENZA PRENOTAZIONE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>Tornano anche ad agosto gli Open Day Junior 12-16 anni nella ASL Roma 5. Ai ragazzi sar\u00e0 somministrato il \u201cModerna\u201d. L\u2019appuntamento \u00e8 per il 7 e l\u20198 agosto presso i centri vaccinali indicati nel calendario. Le iniziative sono rese possibili grazie all\u2019adesione e alla collaborazione dei Pediatri di Libera Scelta.(PLS), alla disponibilit\u00e0 dei volontari, delle amministrazioni coinvolte e dei nostri operatori.
<\/span>L\u2019accesso \u00e8 libero, non occorre alcuna prenotazione.
<\/span>Ai fini della vaccinazione nei pazienti pediatrici \u00e8 necessario essere accompagnati da entrambi i genitori o quantomeno in caso di assenza di uno dei genitori, presentare una dichiarazione sostitutiva dello stesso con copia del documento da allegare alla documentazione clinica attestante l’avvenuta vaccinazione.<\/p>\n
