{"id":56471,"date":"2022-04-26T16:21:57","date_gmt":"2022-04-26T14:21:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aslroma5.info\/new2021\/mancata-corresponsione-buoni-pasto-sostitutivi\/"},"modified":"2022-04-26T16:21:57","modified_gmt":"2022-04-26T14:21:57","slug":"mancata-corresponsione-buoni-pasto-sostitutivi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aslroma5.it\/mancata-corresponsione-buoni-pasto-sostitutivi\/","title":{"rendered":"MANCATA CORRESPONSIONE BUONI PASTO SOSTITUTIVI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Con riferimento alla mancata corresponsione dei buoni pasto sostitutivi si comunica che il contratto con la societ\u00e0 Repas Lunch Coupon Srl, precedente affidatario della Convenzione Consip &#8211; \u201cBuoni Pasto 8\u201d &#8211; \u00e8 terminato nel mese&nbsp;di novembre&nbsp;2021 e conseguentemente, con deliberazione n. 1839 del 11.11.2021 questa ASL, ha aderito alla nuova Convenzione Consip \u201cBuoni Pasto 9\u201d, la cui aggiudicataria \u00e8 la societ\u00e0 Edenred Italia Srl.&nbsp;Sono state avviate le procedure per ottenere le nuove card e la relativa consegna ai dipendenti, in parte effettuata, ma, con Sentenza n. 01209\/2022, sul ricorso n. 09117\/2021 proposto da Repas Lunch Coupon s.r.l., il Consiglio di Stato ha disposto l\u2019annullamento dell\u2019aggiudicazione alla Edenred Italia Srl del lotto 7 \u2013 Lazio della Convenzione sopra richiamata.&nbsp;In ossequio alla Sentenza il lotto riguardante il Lazio \u00e8 stato sospeso e conseguentemente, tutte le PP.AA. del Lazio non hanno potuto procedere n\u00e9 con l\u2019invio di ordinativi di fornitura n\u00e9 con richieste di approvvigionamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">A riguardo la societ\u00e0 Edenred ha presentato ricorso per la revoca della predetta sentenza, la cui camera di Consiglio si \u00e8 tenuta il 12 aprile.&nbsp;Consip con comunicazione del 14.04.2022 ha informato tutte le PP.AA. che, in attesa di conoscere gli esiti della Camera di Consiglio tenutasi il 12.04 u.s., sta predisponendo tutti gli adempimenti necessari al fine di rendere nuovamente fruibile l\u2019iniziativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">L\u2019Azienda si attiver\u00e0 tempestivamente non appena ci saranno notizie in merito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Il Direttore Amministrativo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Dott.
